STORE POLICY
SHIPING POLICY
All shipping charges will be based on the weight and size of the order. We ship via UPS & FedEx. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions and provide a shipping estimate for your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All firearm, 80% receiver, or ammo sales are final, no returns or refunds will be issued for firearms, 80% receivers, or ammo. If an item other than a firearm, 80% receiver, or ammo is purchased, returns will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Full refunds will be issued for an item that is found to be defective. If an item is modified or damaged after purchase, no refunds or returns will be issued. All refunds or returns are subject to owner/employee scrutiny.
SPECIAL ORDERS
No refunds or returns will be issued for special order items.
DENIED NICS CHECK
If a firearm is purchased or special order for a firearm is placed and the buyer is unable to pass the NICS check, we will charge a 35% restock fee and the firearm will be placed in store inventory for resale.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
If you have not found what you are looking for in store, we are happy to place special orders for our customers. However, we require that all special orders be paid in full prior to placing the order. Once the order is placed, there will be no return or refund accepted unless for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled. If a firearm is ordered and the customer does not pass a background check, the firearm will become property of GFG Tactical and a refund will be given to the buyer less a 35% stocking fee.
FFL TRANSFER POLICY
We require contact before we receive a firearm. If we receive no contact within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the firearm, we assume the purchaser has no interest in the firearm and we retain the right to sell the firearm. If contact is made before the firearm is received, but then no contact or attempt to pick up the firearm is made within 90 (ninety) days after the arrival of the firearm, we assume the original purchaser has no interest in the firearm and we retain the right to sell the firearm.
